If you are calling on someone else's behalf, please enter that person's name in section 1 and yours in section 2. If this applies to you and you haven't read our section on talking with others on a person's behalf, please click here and do so now.

If two seniors - a couple, for instance - are calling about something that concerns both equally, just pick one or the other name. We'll get the rest of the information we need when we speak to you.

IMPORTANT: If your question involves a dispute with someone else, then:

  • You must include the name of that other person so we can check whether he or she has already received advice from us.
     
  • Do not give us details about your side of the dispute until we can check. If we are advising the other side, then it would harm your cause to tell us certain things.
